Body Logic’s corporate and community on-site programs are a fun, low-impact, general fitness class that will progressively introduce you to several key Pilates principles through a variety of floor exercises and small apparatus. Programs cater equally for men and women and can be adapted to challenge all levels of fitness or specifically to your group requirements.
5-week and 10-week programs are available on a weekly 1 hour basis. Classes can be held before, during or after work. All that you need is a space large enough to hold the class, which we can assist you in evaluating with our FREE on-site consultation offer!
We provide all necessary Pilates aparatus for the programs and can directly assist in supplying exercise mats for purchase at a competitive rate.
Both 5-week and 10-week programs are priced at a once off, upfront flat fee so the more participants you have, the cheaper it becomes for everybody!

A minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 15 participants per group is recommended to ensure individual satisfaction and instructor interaction.
